The 2nd Pan-GEWEX Meeting and the 4th CEOP Annual Meeting

During the 4th CEOP Annual Meeting, all representatives of different research groups included in CEOP, showed, with a brief oral presentation, background and objectives,  state-of-the-art, ongoing actions, future plans and perspectives of their activities. Within this context, it was appreciated the participation of Dr. Gianni Tartari, that took part in this event as chair of CEOP-HE working group and delegate of SHARE project, on behalf of Ev-K2-CNR Committee.

The Dr. Gianni Tartari together with other CEOP researchers participated actively in the 2nd Pan-GEWEX Meeting where it was possible guarantee a constructive debate with the other research groups included in GEWEX as like as GEWEX Radiation Panel (GRP) and GEWEX Modelling and Prediction Panel (GMPP).

The main aim of this event was re-define and plan the strategies of GEWEX post 2013 in order to better respond to needs of people and support the marker policy decisions trough the improvement of modelling capabilities for measuring and predicting global and regional energy and water variations.
