The High Elevations Steering Committee (HE-SC) is made up of 9 experts in high elevation studies coming from different countries. The role of the Steering Committee Members is to provide scientific guidance in formulating the program for the HE working group in order to address research activities at furthering the understanding of the global energy and water cycles in high elevations areas.
